eafster posted a topic in General Police DiscussionHello, I'm new to policing and just have a simple question. Is there any difference between doing a PNB interview with a person at the side of the road for a suspected offence of dangerous driving and interviewing them for the same offence at a police station on a voluntary basis? Is there any legal/lawful requirement to have done a statement before either interview? E.
