I was driving on the M4 this week and saw a Police car parked on the hard shoulder, but it was parked so the front of the car was parked more head onto the traffic flow I was part of. I've not seen this before and wondered why it was in this position rather than the position of facing alongside the traffic that I normally see when traveling?
