Can someone recommend gloves that are both warm AND puncture resistant?

My fiancée is a PCSO. Issue gloves are slash/puncture resistant but are not warm. 

Please can anyone recommend a glove that is warm and puncture resistant? 

Must be available in dinky sizes...
