Is it legal to have the front number plate fitted to the front tow hook instead of on the grill (it's a new grill I'm fitting and I don't want to ruin it by fitting a number plate to it). I believe it is and I can't find any reason why it wouldn't be but I wanna make 100% sure

My new grill will remove the mount that was designed to hold the plate on my car. I've read that link and I can't find any reason why I can't do that
