Written Reports

During the assessment day you will complete two written reports
normally including writing a letter in response to a customer complaint.
This could be in response to an incident where a customer has just cause to complain. Alternatively you may have to write a
|
letter to someone working within
the same organisation as you, an internal memo.
These exercises are designed to test your ability to read documents and pick out
relevant information to respond to in written form. You will be expected to demonstrate
good understanding of the English language, punctuation and grammar. |

You will need to
resolve the problem and provide a polite response to the customers concerns.
Similar to the role-play exercises you will be assessed on your communications
skills, this time in written form.
