Welcome To The Application Section
From here you can find out all there is to know about the application
process when joining a Police Force in the UK. All elements of the recruitment process
have been included.
National Recruitment Model
The National Recruitment Model has now been adopted by all forces in England & Wales. This
change has come with the National Intelligence Model creating "a model for policing"
including recruitment. All forces should have now adopted this.
To help standardise the carousel element of the application process there are plans to
introduce regional assessment centres however this is yet to be introduced.
